A privacy guard for SFOS

Configurable adblocker and privacy tuner for SFOS. Allows to download ad-blocker lists from internet and adds them to /etc/hosts. Works for native Sailfish network/browser as well as for Android Support. Enables to black- or white-list cookies, delete them from the native browser's cookis.sqlite, and can make that DB read-only ( so new cookies will not be stored on browser restart).
